STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
Situated in the heart of the sienese Valdichiana, in the middle of a game preserve, on the top of a hill from wich is possible to admire an ample view of the surrounding country-side, “Il Melograno” is an integral part of a very elegant country-house of the early XX century. Beautifully restored, is surrounded by an ample park rich in trees and flower beds. The house is situated few kilometres away from the major motorway Valdichiana exit, on the outskirts of the charming hamlet of Bettolle, in a strategic position to reach some of the most beautiful towns in central Italy such as Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia, Orvieto, Florence, Pienza e Montepulciano. In the proximity, there are a golf-course and riding grounds.
Il Melograno”, furnished with air conditioned, comprises a double bed room, bath with shower, sitting room with cooking facilities and a double divan-bed, satellite Tv.
The place is warm and welcoming. The furnishings are sober and furnished in very good taste. The walls are decoreted with paintings.
The guests also have the facilities of an external space where it’s possible to lunch and dinner in absolute tranquillity, in the unique atmosphere of a fabulous garden. The accomodation is particularly suitable to children and animal lovers.
